DESCRIPTION    

A leader's greatness is measured by the results his or her followers achieve.  Emotionally intelligent leaders, regardless of their style, possess a charisma that enables them to motivate others to work willingly and effectively for the achievement of desired goals.

In Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, you will explore the characteristics that are common to successful leaders. Specifically, you will examine the intrinsic competencies (cognitive and affective traits), as well as the social skills (behavioral and interpersonal traits) that leaders use to manage their responses and influence their followers. More important, you will be given specific tools, strategies, and tactics to help you profit from the insights of cutting edge research on leadership.
