DESCRIPTION

Today, the name of the game in any organization is influence.

This accelerated learning program uses a fitness model to help participants develop strength, focus, and flexibility as influencers. Feedback gathered before the program is easy to interpret and gives valuable insights into participants' strengths and learning needs as influencers. From the first hour of the program, they learn to use skills they already have in far more effective ways. They also learn new skills as they work through-out the program on real-word business situations rather than complex role playing.
