Eugene Francis Conference Room
OVERVIEW:
Unfocused meetings & projects are considered (49%) the biggest workplace time waste-the primary reason for unproductive workdays. It takes less than eight seconds for an idea, suggestion, or proposal to be criticized. This workshop offers a framework for discussion that fosters collaborative, non-adversarial thinking. The Six Thinking Hats method will greatly reduce the "emotion" and "negativity" in discussions that too often results in frustration, anger, and competition (turf guarding). This method provides practical thinking tools that encourage collaborative, creative thinking. Fine-tuning your "thinking power" is the easiest way to get added value from your existing thinking assets. Fortune 500 companies that use Six Thinking Hats report that their teams are more productive and now invest 50% less time in meetings; their meetings result in actionable outcomes.
